Artist Statement
All jewellery should have meaning and Jamie Parks creates a tangible and visible item of that ever lasting memory. Circles have no end or beginning, as if they have always been there, like long owned memories. These circles reflect the beauty and lasting fondness of such a moment; beautiful and full of love.
As all memories fade, we peer through the frosted window of time and reminisce. We enhance the magnificence of such times and hold onto feelings and sentiments long since gone. While the clarity fades, that feeling remains as we peer into that beautiful memory, much like the visuals of the porcelain circles.
